Immediate Availability Check: When you request a quote, the first thing we do is check this map. We assess how many people are available in your target area. This immediate availability check ensures that we can provide a reliable service.
Strict Location Criteria: We will not quote unless there is a pool of people within 45 minutes of the target suburbs. This strict location criteria ensures efficient distribution and timely delivery of your flyers.
Contact Upon Booking: Once you book our service, we immediately contact the available people in your area. This is a billable time, reflecting the value of our service in connecting you with our network of walkers.
Access to a Large Workforce: Our core service is providing access to a list of over 7,000 local individuals across Australia who are looking for work. These individuals are independent contractors who take full responsibility for the services they provide.
Advanced Tracking: Our walkers use an advanced tracking app during their work to verify the hours they invoice for.
Diverse Workforce: A significant portion of our walkers are new Australians with limited English skills. This means our team spends a great deal of time communicating with these individuals and answering their questions during the runs.
Supporting the Community: We are constantly being contacted by employment providers that work with disabled individuals, as this style of unskilled work is perfect for their needs. We provide self-employment opportunities across Australia, making a significant contribution to the community.
Team Managers: We have Team Managers who liaise with the letterbox walkers. They offer contracts, provide instructions on the tasks to be done, and explain the processes to follow to get paid.
Investment in Recruitment: A significant amount of our resources is spent on maintaining and growing our recruitment list. When a customer purchases access to our list and managers, 15% of the invoice value is the access fee.
Billing Policy: Our billing starts as soon as we contact people. This is not a free service, and our list of contacts for work has an access fee.
Fair Payment: The balance of the payment made by a client is then released to the walkers upon completion of the run. We take up to 3 flyers on each run, and the combination of that work provides the walkers with an income of $30 per hour.
Cancellation Policy: If a job cannot be completed for any reason, a cancellation fee to cover costs associated with providing the service will be deducted. However, there is never a situation where a job cannot be completed.
Subcontractor Policy: The letterbox walkers and their managers are not our direct employees. They have accepted your order as a supplier to you. If a problem arises, we will address the issue with the subcontractor and replace them if needed.
Additional Services: In addition to providing digital marketing for people seeking work and access to that database for companies looking to deliver flyers, our company also offers printing through our National Supplier, Acreage Drops through our Australia Post Bulk Mail partnership, web design services, flyer design services, search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, and other digital services.
Transparency and Efficiency: We bill as soon as we act on your order. We do not provide a free matching service. Please refer to our terms and conditions regarding cancellation, delays, and the warranties we provide.
